The Library of the Faculty of Maritime Technology and Transport gathers and provides access to collections related to the fields of study and research conducted at the Faculty of Maritime Technology and Transport.
The library and information collection of the Library of the Faculty of Maritime Technology and Transport includes the folllowing:
- non-serial publications (books)
- serial publications (pinted and electronic magazines, scientific papers)
- special collections (technical and corporate literature, laboratory manuals, collections on electronic media)
The presented areas of the collection are mainly ocean engineering, transport, logistics, refrigeration engineering, safety engineering, theory of design, construction, operation and repair of ships and other vessels, shipping, navigation, ship automation, and compatible areas such as computer science, application software, programming technology, robotics, marketing, economics, organisation and management as well as broad aspects of the European Union.
